With simple system, SIG found a B2B procurement platform that not only covers classic C-parts and MRO purchasing, but also makes it possible to standardize complex service processes end-to-end. Thanks to the uncomplicated integration into the existing ERP and system landscape, the introduction went quickly and smoothly. Customized internal catalogs are a central element of the solution. This allows even complex local service processes to be structured, requested, and handled in a fully standardized manner. Today, SIG uses simple system to procure from around 20 directly connected suppliers as well as over 50 suppliers in the company's own catalog, consistently covering services as well as physical goods.
