You can report violations or suspected violations of legal requirements and/or guidelines and regulations by post, e-mail or via our whistleblower system. As part of Hoffmann SE, we link you directly to the Hoffmann whistleblower system. Your reports will be fully processed there. This also includes information on human rights or environmental risks and legal violations along our global supply chain. We guarantee that a whistleblower will not suffer any disadvantage as a result of submitting a report, provided that the report is made in good faith. However, we expect reports to be made in good faith. Anyone who recklessly or knowingly makes false, unjustified accusations and allegations must expect consequences themselves.
