The procurement and eCommerce sectors are new territory for me, which is both a blessing and a curse: on the one hand, as an "industry newcomer", I can look at and critically scrutinize solutions with an open mind and a fresh perspective. This makes my learning curve particularly steep in the first few months. In addition, my tasks are extremely varied and my day-to-day work is characterized by a remarkable dynamism. We work on numerous concepts in parallel and the implementation of development projects is impressively fast. My biggest challenge at the moment is to find the right balance between healthy pragmatism and sustainable, scalable solutions.

Absolutely uncomplicated! I applied online and after a short time I received an invitation for an online interview. In several interviews online and on site, I was able to get a good idea of simple system and the company got to know me. Before the simple system, I had little to do with the topic of "purchasing". As a career changer, there are a lot of things I take for granted that I still have to get to know and technical terms that initially only leave me with question marks on my face.

But it is precisely this introduction that is made very easy. My colleagues are very patient teachers and training partners.
