Absolutely uncomplicated! I applied online and after a short time I received an invitation for an online interview. In several interviews online and on site, I was able to get a good idea of simple system and the company got to know me. Although it is a company that has been around for quite a long time, the processes, speeds and hierarchies are quite modern, fast-moving and experimental. Before the simple system, I had little to do with the topic of "purchasing". As a career changer, there are a lot of things I take for granted that I still have to get to know and technical terms that initially only leave me with question marks on my face.
